I’ll bring my experience of leaving corporate, building my own practice, and co-founding a company, while helping you find the approach that works for you.

I’ve reinvented my career too
For more than 15 years, I built an international corporate career across Europe and Asia, eventually leading global teams and processes at Director level. Then I left.
I trained deeply in coaching, human behavior, communication, and change. I was selected to join Tony Robbins’ coaching team, an exclusive group of coaches trained to deliver his methodology. Then I built my own coaching practice. And today, I’m also the CEO and co-founder of Authentifly, where we work with organizations to change the behaviors that drive business performance.
So when I work with someone who is questioning a successful career, stepping into leadership, or wondering whether they could build something of their own, I understand both sides of that transition:
The security and identity that come with an established career. And the uncertainty, freedom, responsibility, and growth that come with choosing a different path.
